Backlot Express is a counter service restaurant located on Backlot, near Rock 'n' Roller Coaster avec Aerosmith.

The industrial exterior of the building is based on a similar design at a same-named restaurant in Disney's Hollywood Studios (Walt Disney World). The interior theme represents the storage space for the studios' props department. Props from actual productions include Star Wars - Return of the Jedi, Dinotopia and Armageddon.
The restaurant offers both an indoor as an outdoor seating area.
