Club
The Shareholder's Club is open to everyone holding at least 5 shares of Euro Disney S.C.A. (www.eurodisney.com).
Member fee is €30 for 2 years, holders of ar least 20 shares will get a free membership.
Members will receive a quarterly finance report of the company and an invitation to the annual shareholders meeting. They will furthermore benefit from offers and discounts at the Disneyland Resort Paris, the Disney Stores in Europe and the La Vallée Outlet Shopping Village.
Shares' value went considerably went down over the years. Up to 2004 the shares was between €1 and €0,50 and since 2005 the stock price ranges around €0,10. Since then also an increase of order activity occurs.
On Dec 3, 2007, the shares were consolidated in a Reverse Split. Shareholders got 1 new share @ €1,00 for each 100 old shares @ €0,01 usually with no need of further bank requests or cost.
